The Chihiros A-series is a classic and powerful LED light for freshwater aquariums, providing clear white light and very even illumination across the entire tank. With its high lumen output, the A-series delivers plenty of light for fish, shrimp and easy to medium-demanding plants – and offers great value for money.
The slim aluminium profile takes up minimal space above the aquarium and fits well with clean, simple aquascapes. Adjustable feet make it easy to fit the light to the actual tank length, and the low height gives a neutral, discreet appearance.
The LEDs in the Chihiros A-series have a pleasant white colour tone that highlights the green shades of plants and the colours of fish without looking too harsh. The series is ideal for everyday aquariums, shrimp tanks and smaller planted layouts where you want a strong light with high output.
You can choose between two controllers: a simple manual dimmer or Bluetooth control. With the Bluetooth version, you can control the light entirely via the app – including sunrise and sunset – so you don’t need a separate timer. With the Chihiros A-series you get a lot of light for your money.

Please be aware that Chihiros lights are not intended for operation under sealed lids, as they may be susceptible to corrosion due to water vapour. Therefore, we advise against using the lights under closed canopies. However, you can safely use the lights in combination with a cover panel to achieve your desired setup.
