Delivery update for preorders

Update 07-04-2026

Our warehouse is now fully busy packing all orders containing goods that have arrived back in stock. We are already well underway, and all pending orders are expected to be shipped no later than tomorrow.

All shipments will of course receive a tracking number, but it will only be sent automatically once the parcel has been registered further along in the GLS system. Your order may therefore already have been shipped even if you have not yet received your tracking number.

If you are unsure or have any questions, you are very welcome to contact us.

Our goods have finally been delivered to our warehouse.

Unfortunately, the shipment arrived very late in the day, so we will not be able to unpack everything before Easter. However, all goods have now been received, and we will begin shipping all pending orders after Easter in the order they were received.

We wish you a very Happy Easter, and thank you very much for your patience.

The goods have now been released by customs and are expected to be delivered to our warehouse today.

Updated 30-03-2026

Latest update: The latest update from customs is that they expect our goods to be ready for release tomorrow, 31-03-2026. The shipping company then expects to deliver the shipment to our warehouse on Wednesday, 01-04-2026.

Unfortunately, we do not yet know at what time of day the goods will be delivered, but our warehouse will do everything possible to ship as many orders as possible as soon as the goods arrive.

However, there are Easter holidays, and our warehouse as well as the shipping companies will be closed from Thursday 02-04-2026 up to and including Monday 06-04-2026. This means that not all orders will likely be shipped before Easter.

We will still do everything we can and ship the orders in the order they were received.

Our goods, which were shipped from the factory in China by sea in December, have unfortunately been significantly delayed in transit.

The delay has been caused by congestion when leaving China as well as waiting times through several ports in Europe. The goods finally arrived in Denmark last Friday and were originally scheduled to be delivered to our warehouse the same day.

Unfortunately, the shipment has been selected for extra customs inspection and is therefore still with the customs authorities. We have followed up with customs again today regarding the matter.

We sincerely apologize for the delays that have occurred, and we are fully aware that it reflects badly on us when the delivery date has been postponed multiple times. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control.

Global transport conditions remain challenging. At the same time, the previously faster freight routes from China through Russia have largely stopped following the war in Ukraine, which has made transportation to Europe slower and less predictable than before.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.
