Delivery update for preorders

Our goods, which were shipped from the factory in China by sea in December, have unfortunately been significantly delayed in transit.

The delay has been caused by congestion when leaving China as well as waiting times through several ports in Europe. The goods finally arrived in Denmark last Friday and were originally scheduled to be delivered to our warehouse the same day.

Unfortunately, the shipment has been selected for extra customs inspection and is therefore still with the customs authorities. We have followed up with customs again today regarding the matter.

We sincerely apologize for the delays that have occurred, and we are fully aware that it reflects badly on us when the delivery date has been postponed multiple times. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond our control.

Global transport conditions remain challenging. At the same time, the previously faster freight routes from China through Russia have largely stopped following the war in Ukraine, which has made transportation to Europe slower and less predictable than before.

We hope the goods will be released very soon so we can send all pending orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we cannot promise anything yet.

As soon as the goods are released by customs and arrive at our warehouse, we will ship all pending preorder orders as quickly as possible in the order they were placed.
